New Products and Inventions-Thinking Cap

A Tokyo company has launched a biofeedback device tailored for athletes and integrated in a standard golf visor.

The device, designed by B-Bridge, monitors the EEG activity of the wearer through three non-invasive contact points in the headband. This will allow trainers to track concentration levels during activity and analyze the performance either later or in real time.

Since golf is seen by many to be a mental game, it is considered the ideal sport with which to introduce the portable EEG visor.
