Net magnetic circulation of Amperian loop

1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data

A current-carrying wire is surrounded by an arbitrary shaped closed Amperian loop, and we calculate the net magnetic circulation around the loop. Then, another current carrying wire is placed just outside the Amperian loop, and again the net magnetic circulation around the loop is calculated. How does the net circulation around the loop change?

a. remains the same
b. decrease
c. increase
d. changes but need details to tell whether it increases or decreases
e. may or may not change depending on details

Bdlcos(theta)=μI

3. The attempt at a solution
I don’t think that the net circulation around the loop would change. I think that the addition of another loop would not affect the current going through the Amperian loop does not change. I feel like there is something to the problem that I am missing.
